Two men and a juvenile were arrested in Minot Saturday for immigration violations.
A Minot police officer made a traffic stop for a minor traffic violation on South Broadway in Minot when after a brief investigation, it was determined two of the vehicle's three occupants were in the U.S. unlawfully.
Another vehicle arrived a short time later to transport the third occupant and an investigation revealed that one of the occupants of the second vehicle was also in the U.S. unlawfully.
Efrain Rodriguez, 34, and Erick [Cast]illo-Garcia, 26, both of Mexico, and a 17-year-old male were taken into custody and transported to the Ward County Jail and Juvenile Detention. The U.S. Border Patrol took them into custody.
