So far we have been a factor in several big named busts. The following are just a few of the ones you may have heard of over the past couple of years. All of these were submitted to http://WeHireAliens.com months or years before they were investigated/busted. McDonalds in Reno Agriprocessors in Iowa Crider Poultry in Georgia IFCO Systems Nationwide Swift & Co and more... We continue to get calls from ICE asking for more information on these companies...It's working, gang! Let's keep the submission coming!

They would have had thousands more if they raided the casinos in Nevada. Why go after 11 McDonalds in Reno when they could have set up at just 1 or 2 casinos and tripled their take? Just because some of the casinos exclusively recruit visa holders instead of legal American's does not mean they have no illegal aliens on board, and I assure you they do. I understand the reason they went to McDonald's, but why walk away from a HUGE bust that would have made a much larger impact than Swift did?
I also have a question. Yesterday I received the current list of businesses from wehirealiens and I see F.I.R.E Coalition is there at number 5. What’s the deal?
I would also like to know the process wehirealiens go through because I have reported quite a few businesses and have never seen 1 on the list. One of them openly boasts about it, and I know I wasn't the only one to report them. I'm not being difficult, I just need to understand.

Nightowl, Great question! The entry for FIRE Coalition was human error. Our staff thought they checked the "delete" box for that entry and didn't realize they really didn't until it was too late. Caused us all to have a great laugh though! As for the process: We have a queue of hundreds of submissions from all over the country. A few times a week we go through these submissions and review them for "reasonable suspicion" which means evidence that a reasonable person would think is supspicous. These entries are marked for approval and the others for deletion. These approved entries will then be searchable on the site and sent out in a digest listing as you mentioned in your post. As for your specific listing, who is the company and I'll see if they are still in the queue. If not, I'd like to see the evidence you posted to help you understand why it may have been deleted. Thanks!

I receive the emails listing all the new employers that have been added. I then go and send emails to the authorities to report these businesses. Today after I had sent out several I get a call on my cell phone from an FBI agent that said the emails are coming to him and would I please stop.
Can someone explain to me how this happens and why they are getting sent out to the wrong people?

AlleyCat, In many cases, we are able to identify specific people that we can send the reports to automatically. These people then either move around (new jobs within their respective organization) or contact us to let them know who to send them to. We were recently in contact with one such agent out of North Carolina who referred us to a better email address. We try to stay on top of these changes the best we can. Thanks for the question!

Alleycat I’m curious as to what your reply was to the FBI guy when he ask you to stop sending the emails… As a law enforcement officer he should have pointed you in the right direction… I mean he had time to ask you to stop, he had time to forward them on or at least give you a valid email address…

I have a quick question. I know the site works by americans posting companies that are "allegedly" hiring illegals. However, do you receive information from the government about companies as well? Do they share with you "confidential" information that is sent to them?
