Remarks: Montas Hernandez has ties to the Dominican Republic; Southwest Florida; the New York City area; and the Boston, Massachusetts area. She is commonly known as "Iris".
CAUTION
Amparo Altagracia Montas Hernandez and her son, Eddy Vasquez, are wanted for harboring illegal aliens and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. It is alleged that Montas Hernandez operated a number of brothels in Southwest Florida which were staffed by Latin American females who were illegal aliens. The Federal Bureau of Investigation received information that Montas Hernandez sometimes staffed the brothels with Latin American females who were indebted to coyotes (human smugglers), and Montas Hernandez sometimes paid the debts and made the females work off the debts as prostitutes. Vasquez was alleged to have handled the day-to-day operations of one of the brothels and collected money from the doorman at this brothel.
On August 17, 2005, a Federal Grand Jury in the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, indicted Amparo Altagracia Montas Hernandez and Eddy Vasquez for harboring illegal aliens. Both had an initial appearance before a United States Magistrate Judge and were released on bond. Both were required to report to a Pretrial Release Officer while out on bond.
On September 19, 2005, the Pretrial Release Officer was notified that Montas Hernandez and Vasquez fled from the area. On September 22, 2005, a United States Magistrate Judge issued warrants for the arrests of Montas Hernandez and Vasquez for violation of conditions of release. The Federal Bureau of Investigation received information that both fled from the United States. On October 12, 2005, a Federal Grand Jury in the Middle District of Florida indicted Montas Hernandez and Vasquez for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Synopsis: As the leader of the alien smuggling operation, Antunez is believed to be directly involved in the smuggling of undocumented aliens into the United States for financial gain and compelling their labor under threats of harm and death. According to victim testimony, Antunez traveled to victims’ homes in Mexico to recruit and transport them. Antunez recruited victims by fraud and deceit. As soon as victims agreed to travel to the United States, Antunez began threatening and utilizing coercive measures to assure that the victims would not leave his custody and remain working and providing him with their income. Warrant for arrest from United States District Court Southern District of California includes a 19 count indictment.

Synopsis: On June 16, 1997, David Garzon-Anguiano was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on charges related to Smuggling and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine into the United States in violation of Title 21 United States Code, Sections 841, 846, 952, 960, and 963. Garzon-Anguiano drove a 1995 Oldsmobile with California license plate 2BSK558 to the Port of Entry in Calexico, CA. Garzon-Anguiano was ordered to open the trunk of the vehicle for inspection. Both Garzon-Anguiano and the passenger, Lazaro BELTRAN fled the area and ran back to Mexico on foot. The abandoned vehicle was laden with 923 pounds of Cocaine unconcealed in the trunk. Garzon-Anguiano still continues his drug smuggling activities and is continuing to "climb up" the Arellano-Felix Drug Trafficking Organization. At this time, Garzon-Anguiano remains a fugitive and may reside in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Garzon-Anguiano is believed to and should be considered Armed and Dangerous.

Synopsis: In January 2005, the SAC Buffalo Office received an investigative lead identifying Yusef ALHAKK, a.k.a. Joseph DANIELS as the purchaser of several memberships to websites that contained child pornography. Agents conducted a "knock and talk" at ALHAKK'S residence and discovered that ALHAKK was employed as a Buffalo School District social studies teacher at Bennett High School. Additionally, ALHAKK had been arrested previously for various weapons charges as well as a robbery charge where he served 4 years imprisonment. ALHAKK consented to the search and examination of his computer, and approximately 400 images of child pornography were discovered.

Synopsis: This investigation identified a large-scale drug and money laundering operation that was involved with smuggling bulk quantities of cocaine (approximately 500 kilograms per importation), totaling over 5,000 kilograms, from Brazil into the United States. This was during the period from approximately 1996 to 1998. In May of 1998, the U.S. Customs Service seized over 500 kilograms of cocaine leading to the arrest and conviction of four individuals. Through additional investigation, a larger operation was identified that smuggled cocaine within paper products and into the Port of Newark/Elizabeth, NJ area.

Synopsis: Two-count indictment by a federal grand jury charged Comeaux with production and possession of child pornography. Action was result of an investigation concerning the molestation of his ten (10) year old stepdaughter. The investigation revealed that Comeaux produced child pornography by videotaping his stepdaughter on numerous occasions. A search warrant was executed at Comeaux’s residence resulting in the discovery of a compact disk containing prepubescent females engaged in sexual acts with adult males. A complete forensic examination of his computer revealed several thousand images of child pornography. Also discovered on the computer were photographs of Comeaux and a female child approximately 10-12 years of age, engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Synopsis: In April 1993, the SAC/Tucson initiated an investigation regarding bulletin board services (bbs) sales and sales of CD-ROM diskettes containing adult obscenity, bestiality and child pornography. The distributor was identified as PROFIT GROUP, in Ft. Lowell, Tucson, Arizona. The investigation revealed that the chief corporate officers were David Creamer and Shirley Thompson. Creamer was indicted in December 1997 and remains a fugitive.

Their encounter led to the location of seven (7) other undocumented aliens along with fourteen (14) deceased persons that had attempted to walk through the desert who entered illegally into the United States from the Republic of Mexico. In June 2001, Manilla-Cabrera (aka El Negro) was indicted for conspiracy to smuggle illegal aliens into the United States, alien smuggling and inducing aliens to remain in the United States illegally.

As a result of the investigation a total of 36 individuals were arrested; 1,967 kgs of cocaine were seized; in addition, to the seizure of 6 maritime vessels and $1.8 million. In December 2005, PEÑA-Peña and his associates orchestrated the kidnapping of the main ICE undercover agent in Colombia, S.A. and demanded a $2 million ransom while subjecting the ICE agent to a "narco trial".
